How to use:
- First, prime the lid with a primer More vibrant, wrinkle-free color that lasts all day
- For bolder, richer colors, use the corresponding pencils As the overall basis
- Use any brush to apply this highly pigmented, eye shimmer. Or use fingertips for intense color payoff
- Use wet or dry. Spray your brush with setting spray Create a foiled, almost wet effect before use
- Finally, use your favorite setting spray to lock your makeup in for up to 16 hours.
